Every trimester we review and record each student's report card they get from their schools. We want to see the progress students are making throughout the year and we want to know what subject area they need to focus on the most. It is important for us to make sure our students are successful in the classroom and this is a great way for us to monitor their progress.

Along with reviewing and recording their report card we also give each student a quarterly test. Why do we give each student a quarterly test? Each quarter we give students the quarterly test to make sure they are improving in their classes and it also tells us what area the student needs to focus on. Testing students throughout the year is a great way to tell if students are learning in the classroom. Inputting the student’s grades into our OLS system helps us keep track of the progress students are making. All of our teachers collect and record report card grades to the OLS system so they can look back upon them the following trimester. When a teacher reviews the report card, they do not just look at it and type it into the system. They take specific notes on areas where students excel and especially areas where students need more work.
